  • Business Profile: Business name, business type, country, city, supervisor email, and supervisor full name.
  • Employee Directory Details: Names, WhatsApp phone numbers, corporate roles, internal department alignments, employment types, and active bot configuration statuses.
  • Simulator & Messaging Logs: Simulated incoming/outgoing client inquiries and matching routing event logs to validate routing flow setup.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process data solely for standard core services, including:

  • Configuring and running intelligent routing maps between incoming client WhatsApp numbers and assigned team representatives.
  • Providing a live, interactive simulator interface for supervisors to test routing rules.
  • Ensuring account security and admin authentication.
  • Adhering to compliance protocols set by the Meta WhatsApp Business Developer Platform.

4. Data Deletion and User Rights

We respect your data control. You have the right to request the complete deletion of all records associated with your organization at any time.

Self-Service Data Deletion

Log into your dashboard, click on Edit Settings in the top header, scroll down to the **Danger Zone**, and select Request Data Deletion. After a simple security verification, all your organization settings, registered employees, and local data caches will be deleted immediately.

5. Compliance and Third Parties

Our bot routing is built to integrate with the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. Users of oowl.in must certify that all registered employees have explicitly consented to have their numbers included in the routing directory in compliance with regional telecommunication laws and Meta Terms of Service.
